Some political parties are elitist because their members not only have political life in the party, but also economically at the business and union level (eg, Senator John Milton Rodríguez) where a group of people with ideas for the purpose, "faithful of the peace church to the nations ”. Union Organization: They are groups of people with common economic interests, they are commonly organizations where certain parameters and regulations are established that govern the members of said unions, also, there is a certain elitism because some unions are very powerful and belonging to them is a luxury For example, the coffee growers' union where the seeds are strictly selected and export licenses are limited, or the Hass-type avocado union, which has recently gained a lot of strength because it is a product widely consumed in first world countries; the different unions work with each other in the daily economy and normally their interest is still economic in political support.

Interest groups: Similar to the case of the senator, interest groups wield a certain political power, because even though their nature does not have economic or political ends, the nature of social interaction constitutes a degree of political interest; In another case, different from the churches, there are the radical extremist groups that, due to their religious and social beliefs, are more comfortable in liberal politics.

Union: They are groups of people who are supported by the workers in favor of the defense of the working class, the fulfillment of minimum labor rights that cover all workers, these groups were born out of common interests where the workers were being exploited by employers in the country. The association of workers of the same union can generate unions with the regulations established in the constitution, the term worker covers all employees of the public and private sectors.

Community Action Board: They are civil organizations determined in each commune, where the social and logistical management of public entities is determined in the neighborhoods that shelter said commune, any citizen can belong to the Board of their commune, however, these groups represent a public action that leads to being closely linked with politics and political parties.

Unions: Despite the fact that workers who are close to retirement are not subject to said reform thanks to the principle of favorability, the unions as organizations that fight for workers' rights do not agree with the pension reform preached by the government, Well, the money that the worker is receiving and is spending on basic necessities is not only paper, it is the time that he gave of his life to a company to receive that salary, so he is not only spending paper money, he is spending money. product of your effort over time. Unemployed citizens: They are the most affected by this reform, since by not having job and economic stability, this decision further harms their situation, since by not having a stable job they are not contributing for their pension in future years; In most cases of independent workers where they are taken as another figure of informal employment, they are not active contributors for pensions, so the reform would not only harm the pension period but also the investment made by small contributing entrepreneurs. regardless of your pension. The population close to the labor field would also be affected, since being the new generation they would have to work more than what is currently done to meet the time required to retire.

Guilds: For large business conglomerates, the decision to make this reform would be very beneficial, since large companies that require a large amount of human labor will have their employees a few weeks longer than it lasted before; In more specific cases such as the sugar unions in the valley, the cane cutters, plant or industrial park employees, would add more of their lives to the company because the increase in weeks for the pension implies that the employees will last longer. time affiliated with the company. The interests presented by the unions would lead to great support from strong financial sectors in the countryside in the consolidation of said reform.

Social groups with common interests develop a great affinity for political influences in their natural environment; The fondness for a sports team, for example, takes a back seat, and the political position adopted by said team is adopted by all the amateur members, in this way, a sports interest group takes the form of a political interest group. Therefore, political ideals should not be taken into account in groups outside politics, however, it is something that is intrinsic in interpersonal relationships.
